Final অবস্থা: পূর্ণ ফল ও cold index। Watcher quiet window পেয়ে run নিজে launch করেছে। Direct688 cases/180 attempts-এ valid HD/load0=1,HD/load2=1,raw/load0=3,raw/load2=7; required9 পূরণ হয়নি। Complete workflow144 cases/23 attempts-এ9 valid blocks প্রতি load; Stock-এর তুলনায়1.743%/1.791% কম elapsed, quality exact। Overall release gate fail; PGO promote হয়নি, original0.6 retained। All remaining gaps fixed নয়; direct stable sample ও broader content/hardware proof বাকি।

ঐতিহাসিক admission: আগের3600s budget timeout-এ12 warmup/0 measured case retained; import হয়নি। Passive watcher30 consecutive1s CPU samples busy≤6/span≤0.75 ও disk reserve দেখে তারপর একটি confirmation launch করেছে। Actual inner admission/whole-block/cache/quality/CI rules পরিবর্তন হয়নি। নিচের revisions historical evidence।

• Current checkout, installed pair, original/candidate library hashes, mounts, boot disk ও resource state freeze।
• Parent-side final rusage_info_v6 before reap; exact kernel process start/exit clock। FFmpeg-এ injected observer বা pthread hooks নেই। Direct/descendant/short-child CPU units calibrated against wait4।
• macOS cached host_statistics short-window problem শনাক্ত; host_processor_info cadence calibrated against 14-core capacity। Deprecated prototype/calibration retained।
• Input এবং bounded executable/non-system library mappings সাময়িক mlock; file-cache residency pre/post যাচাই। Memory-lock limits পরিবর্তন নয়; প্রতি source≤3GiB, image set≤256MiB, own total hard limit 12GiB, estimated total task peak≤8GiB।
• Environment-only calibration ও no-LTO PGO candidate build। Training: BBB 20–25s, TOS 30–35s এবং 10-bit fixture; confirmation range disjoint। HD1800/raw900 quality outputs আগের private output-এর সঙ্গে exact encoded SHA; VMAF/PSNR-Y/SSIM delta 0। Training/calibration কখনও final speed proof নয়।
• Fresh strict decoded identity: HD1800video+2813audio এবং raw900video exact timestamps/size/SHA256। Native CLI/MCP/media14 checks, six codec modes এবং দুই Python runtime-এ176 tests pass। Mount recovery-এর পরে six quality outputs, strict decoded identity, original/PGO native14 এবং source/installed CLI/MCP আবার verified।
• Frozen independent confirmation: 9 valid whole palindrome blocks per HD/raw × own-load 0/2 group; সব rejected/slow runs retained। Before timing review: background whole-block span≤0.75 core, within-run IQR≤1 core, P-instruction share span≤0.03, synthetic CPU span≤0.15 core; source residency≥99.99%, image mappings resident, physical reads≤8MiB, capture lag≤50ms। Fixed validity code ও inputs/hash freeze।
• Complete typed HD workflow: planning/encode/strict full decode/hash/no-clobber publish; both load states and same SDK/pools;9 valid blocks/load, both references beaten within this bounded scope।
• Promotion only after same-quality speedup against both active Native and matched Stock: paired whole-block 95% upper ratio<1 in each required group। No threshold relaxation after seeing confirmation timings।
• Accepted engine হলে actual native/FATE/media/GPU/fault/soak, source/installed CLI/MCP/consumer, update/rollback lifecycle এবং final hash/queue audit। Otherwise default pair retained; no false release claim।
• Unpromoted original pair-এর final cold hash/queue audit:35 owned databases,0 active jobs; source ও original frozen package bytes unchanged। Mount metadata recovery-তে original0.6 ও retained0.5 revalidated, actual rollback ও installed CLI/MCP pass। এটি PGO acceptance নয়।

Work root <LAB_ROOT>/ffmpeg-v2-phase11। Existing source assets/caches reused; বড় data ও builds external task/core workspace-এ। Heavy jobs sequential, build jobs≤2, own processes nice≥10। Owner-এর existing task-scoped system-memory waiver কেবল invocation-এ; default policy,12GiB own-job watchdog, disk/mount/deadline/output checks retained। অন্য sessions/apps-এর lifecycle/priority বদলানো হয়নি। Automatic window ও bounded evaluation শেষ; archived trials reset করা হয়নি।

CPU/load/cache calibration এবং independent confirmation পৃথক। Cached counters-এর anomalous capacity (0–56 on a 14-core machine) CPU demand হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়নি। Per-core calibration বর্তমানে প্রায় 13.6–14.2 core equivalent দেখিয়েছে। Cache preparation timed child lifetime-এর বাইরে; ফল warm-cache conditions-এর জন্য, arbitrary cold-disk throughput নয়।

Final confirmation-এর আগে environment-only calibration অনুযায়ী v6 policy freeze: automatic admission-এ আটটি consecutive 1s sample-এর CPU span≤0.75 core, capacity14±0.5 এবং maximum14.5। top-এর সঙ্গে per-core measurement মিলে বর্তমান host প্রায় fully occupied; stable saturation-ও অনুমোদিত। আগের diagnostic max10-এ latest PGO calibration-এর সব12 case encode শুরু হওয়ার আগেই rejected। Final timing তখনও হয়নি। নতুন অতিরিক্ত gate: একই complete block-এ delivered CPU cores-এর relative span≤10%; background/P-share/load/cache/I/O gates অপরিবর্তিত। Policy ও measured binary দুটোই hash freeze করা হবে; confirmation দেখার পরে threshold বদলানো হবে না।

Readiness revision: প্রথম frozen run-এ0 accepted blocks; প্রায়20 মিনিট strict idle-preflight-এর জন্য নতুন attempt শুরু হয়নি। সেই run ও exact sources retained, interrupt reason আলাদা journal-এ। পরের independent run-এর আগে scheduling-only correction: preferred eight-sample stable preflight;15s পরে counters credible হলে exploratory block। এমন block-কে preflight-stable বলা হয় না। Actual case/block inclusion policy (DEFAULT_POLICY), nine-block requirement, candidate/quality এবং paired confidence gates অপরিবর্তিত; unaccepted পুরোনো timing নতুন sample-এ যোগ হয় না। নতুন readiness tests-সহ দুই-runtime count159 pass।

Quality: same source/range/FPS ও exact encoded SHA হলে prior immutable all-frame metrics reuse; otherwise all-frame ΔVMAF≥−0.10, ΔPSNR-Y≥−0.05dB, ΔSSIM≥−0.00001, size≤1.02×। Exact decoded frame/audio identity, frame count, timestamps ও strict decode পরীক্ষা থাকবে।

Cache conditioning revision: per-case input unlock প্রায়2.85GB wired-size swing তৈরি করে। দুটি source একসঙ্গে পুরো run ধরে pin করার calibration-এ সব six HD cases-এর condition pass হলেও boot_used400.07GB-এ raw case guardian stopped; saved outputs retained। Final lower-demand method: প্রতিটি paired block-এর মধ্যে শুধু সংশ্লিষ্ট input ও তিন engine-এর common image union parent-এ continuously held; admission wait-এ input unpinned। One source≤3GiB, image union≤256MiB; conservative estimated total8GiB, sampled hard limit12GiB। Parent watchdog প্রতি0.5s-এ process-tree footprint-এর সঙ্গে held file bytes যোগ করে; existing child guard বহাল। Fresh boot-disk room≥cache bytes+2GiB ছাড়া lock শুরু নয়। First two independent attempts-এ0 accepted blocks; candidate/argv ও actual inclusion/quality/confidence rules অপরিবর্তিত। Every new run auto-freezes exact measurement/helper sources before timing।

ABI ও admission correction: official SDK-তে MINCORE_REFERENCED_OTHER=0x08, MINCORE_PAGED_OUT=0x20। Parent Python mask0x08 থেকে0x20 corrected; existing compiled C tool আগেই correct header macro ব্যবহার করেছে। Negative bit tests ও165-test দুই-runtime matrix pass। Prior paired-cache run-এর mandatory raw30/load2 cell45 attempts-এ0 accepted; overall promotion proof অসম্ভব হওয়ায় সেই unsuccessful run retained ও stopped, অন্য incomplete cells-কে complete বলা হয়নি। পরের independent run-এর scheduling-only rule: preflight global busy≤6 cores; saturation14 কখনও exploratory bypass দিয়ে ready হবে না। Actual case/block/quality/CI gates, candidate এবং argv unchanged; old timings imported নয়।

Release gate প্রস্তুত: scripts/performance_phase11.py actual counters, paired-block/cache proofs, baseline snapshot, quality artifacts ও complete workflow SDK bytes re-audit করে combined performance evidence বানায়। Timing seconds actual kernel counter-এর সঙ্গে exact match, source/control hashes unchanged এবং সব required CI pass ছাড়া index তৈরি হয় না। Complete workflow-এর FFmpeg ও FFprobe দুই runtime closure-ই current hashes-এর সঙ্গে মেলে; probe change-ও evidence invalid করে। Collector Phase11 combined proof এবং fresh176-test matrix ছাড়া acceptance দেয় না। Negative tests incomplete/direct-only/short-sample/missing-load/CI-crossing claims reject করে। এটি promotion acceptance পাওয়া নয়; actual timing ও native/FATE/soak/lifecycle gates এখনও mandatory।

Mount recovery: <WORK_VOLUME>-এ device16777246→16777247 হওয়ায় strict engine guard থামে। All38 native files-এর SHA, aliases, inode, size ও mtime unchanged; guard bypass বা frozen manifests edit হয়নি। Fresh native14-এর পরে explicit reactivation এবং original finalized acceptance-এর version-transition proof ধরে exact পূর্বের45-file package নতুন metadata pair-এ installed। Old release/evidence retained; current CLI/MCP cold checks pass। এটি original0.6 recovery, private PGO promotion নয়। Ledger <LAB_ROOT>/ffmpeg-v2-phase11/mount-recovery-20261104T153507/report.json।

Original initial.json অপরিবর্তিত। New immutable mount-recovery-20261104T153507/baseline.json-এ তার SHA ও revalidated original selection আছে। Direct/workflow/final audit-এ explicit --baseline ব্যবহার হয় এবং baseline hash freeze/recheck হয়; timing/cache/condition code পরিবর্তন নয়। Revalidated PGO manifest ও fresh quality paths external CONTINUATION.json-এ। Watcher কখনো measured case বা attempted block থাকা trial reset করে না; resource failure-ও automatic retry নয়। Twelve-hour passive wait bounded; same-content recovery check শুধু device field-এর পার্থক্য মানে, changed SHA/aliases/inode মানে না।
